      Easy work; they don't expect much of their employees. Benefits are decent (401K).

      Cons

      Low pay, poor management that does not pay much attention, location is difficult to get to (middle of nowhere),slow moving when it comes to trying to get work done (typical of Aerospace industry)

      Funny coworkers. Birthday celebrations are really a plus. The company dog really makes my day when he’s around.

      Management isn’t funny. Petty coworkers. Gatekeeping.
