Pros
ATAS is a family owned and ran company with three locations in the US. The company is great to work for as far as communication and work loads. They will work with you in situations and see that things get done correctly and most management listens well
Cons
the company has a lot of family members working there so it is extremely hard to get a promotion. They do not pay very well at all. Unless you're family or get in good you will never be able to have a career at ATAS International.
