      Pros

      ATB has truly been an amazing place to work! The culture is a huge part of what makes it so great. I appreciate it’s blend of high-care, high-performance. Also, ATB really makes work-life balance a priority, and it's clear they know that when we're at our best, we do our best work. I honestly recommend ATB to anyone looking for a new place to work.

      Cons

      Not much to add here. The only thing I would note is that it seems like each department has its own sub-culture, so depending which area you work, you may have a different experience than another team. But I would say that is also fairly normal at any workplace.

      Favouritism in promotions, politics at the managerial level in some units, perception of value/popularity sometimes rewarded over actual effort
