      very little management oversight on the day to day operations

      Cons

      hostile work environment from the CEO down. no manager support on any issues or roadblocks. no manager answers to 80% of questions posed.

      Pros

      Good people to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      Salary people are expected to work more than 40 hours. Hourly are expected to work 6 days a week up to 60 hours. Some managers are clueless. Lots of prisoners work here but most are good guys looking for redemption. Starting pay of $14 for floor workers is horrible. Turnover is 85-90% first year.
