Pros
A few very talented, very elite(rare) co-workers. Retirement benefits are very good. 9.5% company contribution. PTO accrual is mid-market for industry.
Cons
Lack of ability by upper management to execute company vision due to lack of experience executing in market. Very stubborn with non forward thinking management strategies. Very crisis reactive with problem solving approach. Most large companies are reactive vs. pro-active to solving problems. ATI is CRISIS reactive, meaning problems are not addressed properly until a crisis has manifested. Upper management is a turn-style culture company wide. 4 different facility managers in 3 years time.
