      Crescita economica lenta Gestione delle risorse sulle commesse spesso inadeguata alle reali necessità Quasi totale assenza di persone con esperienza maggiore di 10 anni cui fare riferimento Difficoltà nella gestione del lavoro da sede centrale Non vengono forniti pc per il lavoro da remoto

      Chill environment, good location of office, nice team buildings

      Cons

      You are expected to do one type of job forever, no support to progress further… As client started avoiding paying everything went downwards from no pay rises to, forcing us to work illegally for 8.5 hours, half of pay not being taxed, layoffs etc.

      Pros

      The best possible experience I've gained working at ATI project was being a part of a team of various engineers, developing skills in BIM modeling.

      Cons

      What I've found exhausting was working on large-scale projects with prolonged design development.
