As long as you're working standard hours, the pay is good and the various benefits make the offering even better
Cons
They start you out with what appears to be a good salary and state that they recognize the need for a good work/life balance. However, within a month of my start date, I found out that all PTO was being denied and we were mandated to work a minimum of 10 hour days plus weekends without any additional compensation. When you do the math, I'm making minimum wage for the hours I'm working.
