We are glad you appreciate working remotely and have a good work-life balance. However, we are sorry you perceive nepotism and favoritism at ATPCO. We understand how this can be frustrating and hurt employee morale and motivation. ATPCO provides several ways for employees to speak up. You are encouraged to meet with your direct manager or HR Business Partner so we can better understand and address any concerns.
Regarding your comments about managers’ incentives, we will consider your feedback. We strive to create a fair and equitable compensation structure for all employees and ensure our policies align with our Mission, Vision, and Cultural Pillars.
We are sorry to hear that you feel that only managers are rewarded for their work and that skilled technical employees are not recognized for their contributions. We value all employees and believe everyone should be recognized for their hard work and dedication; Our compensation and incentive plans, including recent enhancements for all full-time employees, are designed with this in mind.
We understand that you have been with us for over ten years and have seen changes in the company over time. We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees. We will address any concerns you have raised once you have elevated them to your manager or Human Resources Business Partner.
