Unethical practices. The management conned non faculty staff into being hired on contract basis so they were not governed by UGS rules and regulations. The salary structure is very poorly constructed for these employees so when they retire from the company they will get peanuts in terms of PF, Gratuty and leave cashout. Also there is no work life balance. The culture of the head office is very poor. The management does not take care of its employees and treats them like dirt.
