Pros
Good company if you are willing to find a company that judge ur performance only based on if you are the manager’s guy or ur age but not your skills or contribution.
Cons
1) No respect at all. Force everybody install spying software which can fully or partially see / remote delate ur personal info like photos, voice memos, networks info or even contacts in ur personal mobile phone. U may be watched 24 hrs x 7 by a low pay company’s IT engineer who is at Taiwan and may be crazy at any time. 2) A lot of forced free OT, but not allow lateness or early leave for 1 min, including lunch time. Lunch time 45 mins is true 45 mins, and if u are late for 1 min, sorry, the high end system will catch u and penalty or blame are waiting. 3) Saving money from employees, like OT money/rate reducing, totally no training, and pay money for useless things, like the spying software, time and employees location monitor system, etc.
