First you should know there is no onboarding. You are bombarded with over 10 projects that you have no idea how to handle because there is no chance to get up to speed. There is absolutely no organization so you spend the majority of your time in pointless meetings. Even though they have the same events every year, there is no cohesive strategy on how to get things done. A good number of directors act as if they are in high school -- no couth or professionalism. They regularly trash former employees, leaving you confused as to how to respond. They sincerely held a meeting asking everyone to provide ideas on how to raise money.... If I'm a graphic designer, why would this be something I have to partake in?? Just baffling.
