Nothing makes sense in the company, you spend more time trying to understand how processes work than actually working. Pay is also Horrible

Cons
Worked as an outside rep. I ended up paying them to work here with all of the driving I had to do. Very little consistency with what you're asked to do.
This company burns business relationships with dealers left and right. If you're an inside sales rep, expect a lot of people hanging up bc at this point most dealers already know this place doesn't live up to its word as far as the condition of the cars you sell, or the arbitration policy.
