Once You join they have a million Indians calling You and Messaging You about the same thing all day. Its honestly so frustrating to be coming from a place of working independently to where you have to account for your every move. They would even call me late at night after my work hours which i didnt like. The folks in India don't know DC area and how traffic can be but they would try have you complete 6 tickets in 3 different locations while having to pick up parts in 3 different FEDEX locations...extremely unrealistic and not practical. They have a very amatuer way of doing processes..eg expenses, holiday requests, health benefit enrollments. Which company in 2024 do you know where you have to fill out a word document and send to HR for them to enroll You? so backwards. They put unnecessary pressure on their workers and then will let You go if You don't let them stress You out
