Terrible Department - Category Manager AVI-SPL Employee Review

Overall a good company. The department I was in (Pricing Mgmt) was terrible, please never work on that team. The boss ignored me for a year and then suddenly told me I was terrible, gave me a month to get to 100% accuracy and then fired me. I have never been let go before. I got no severance, they wouldn't even pay me for a full week. I was treated differently, it was a terrible experience for me, I worked hard and always tried my best. They do not do exit interviews, I did email HR and the head of the department and was ignored.
