      - Extremely unorganized management with little structure or clear communication - Employee well-being is not a priority - Workloads are uneven and often unrealistic - Concerns raised by employees are ignored or never addressed - Lack of accountability and follow-through from leadership -Consist fires that need to be addressed at any given moment by management

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
