      Pay, my boss and his bosses

      Poor and weak leadership from GM, OM, PMM in particular. Extra work for the hard working employees and no accountability from those who are constantly making mistakes and have no respect for others. Everything is an emergency.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
