Pros
We are the largest company in our field of business. We represent an industry that is ever evolving. As AVI-SPL continues to expand, the company looks for more ways to benefit the employees.
Cons
We tend to operate in silos, seldom does one department have a clear idea of what other departments do or what their current ficus is, except maybe at the most general level. Upper management needs to get closer to employees at the working level so they can better understand what is important to them, beyond the typical pay and medical benefits level.
