      Pros

      The people. Honestly, the people. The reason I kept coming in every day is I honestly enjoyed my coworkers. There are truly some excellent people who work here and I genuinely enjoyed their company.

      Cons

      The insurance, or lack thereof. At this point it would honestly be more cost effective to just not have insurance. The miniscule raises and review system. The favoritism. If you're one of the favorites, your life is golden. If you aren't - be prepared to be overlooked. Management not understanding what the support staff does.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
