absolutely pathetic management in every regard. Never got a review until i was 1 year in. Get my second review after 2.5 years. Ridiculously small payment increases (.12 cents). Any ideas of how to change things must be thrown out the window as not one manager (at one point i had about 5 over me) care at all to hear. And these ideas were coming from the most seasoned Help desk representative they had. Were constantly assaulted by changes to our entire infrastructure with little information. The management had no clue how to handle our workload when it sky rocketed from 30 cases per person, to more than 100 (my highest was about 140). We only had a skeleton crew about 8 people FOR THE ENTIRE NATION INCLUDING OFF SHORE ACCOUNTS. Customers were angry, employees were angry, but not one single person understood what to do. After 3 loyal years of service, i was ousted out of the company before my time was up.
