      Pros

      Very good commute everyday to work.

      Cons

      Stressful environment. No camaraderie. Not a team environment. Lack of resources. Poor upper management. No accountability within team were Engineers and Programmers don't care for the success of project. Company made a lot of promises that they couldn't keep. Make it hard to get PMP certified. Turnover for Project Managers are high.

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      Cons

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
