      Pros

      Descent pay and benefits customers are great and most of the staff is friendly if it wasn’t for upper management it would be a great place to work

      Cons

      Holding company makes bottom dollar all that matters you will end up holding 3 titles and get paid the same. Then when you can not possibly keep up with the workload they let you go

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      Cons

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
