      It’s a job and that’s about it.

      Cons

      Terrible place to work. Not inclusive. Demeaning. They offered me $30k less than what the recruiter told me and told me they were doing me a favor by offering 10k more. Only person of color. Very uncomfortable

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
