      Pros

      All of the people (except HR) Great Exec Leadership (except HR) Fair salaries Good balance of work / life

      Cons

      The HR team hinders everyone's ability to do anything. Their policies delay / hinder promotions, they put roadblocks up to helping managers / supervisors, and make it nearly impossible for managers to manage their people. They provide very little help outside of benefits selection.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
