Analyst Salary - Analyst AVIA Employee Review

I have really enjoyed working at AVIA and have been impressed with the collaborative team environment. We are small and can be nimble- I love the lack of mile-long red tape to get things done that you typically see in much larger organizations. It is indeed fast-paced at AVIA, but people are very respectful of core working hours and encourage work/life balance. For example, I started messaging a VP one evening (not thinking) and they asked if we could discuss during core hours…even though the topic was very high priority to them. That really set the tone for me from the start and I appreciated the boundary and example from leadership. Everyone I have met so far truly wants to make an impact on healthcare and is passionate about the work that we do. Our business model makes sense and there is a vision for future growth from leadership. Team fun / connectivity is a priority and people genuinely get along well. Given our size, it is very easy to get to know people relatively quickly if you put yourself out there. When I started, every person I met was welcoming and open...I felt very connected right away. In terms of benefits, you really can't beat the medical/dental/vision coverage. I also love the focus on mindfulness, meditation, and overall wellness at AVIA.

Be prepared to jump in on day one-- there is not much ramp-up time. I found this to be a PRO since I am a seasoned professional and I think many others do as well. That said, if you require more "hand-holding" then this may not be the environment for you. I really enjoyed the onboarding experience and meeting with each of the groups over a week vs. sitting through full days of onboarding content that you lose quickly. AVIA is also focusing on the onboarding and training experience as we continue to grow so it will continue to evolve.
