good company environment with nice team

funding issues with not proper management

It's a startup environment, so it's up to people to pick up new skills and broaden their experience. It was a great place to learn, but resources were limited and you're often left to deal with it on your own. The research team itself is an awesome group of people who were helpful and supportive towards each other.

The workload is way too much for the size of the team. A lot of people left but no replacement is hired, leading to burnout for everyone in the research team.
