Pros

Some good team members. Better than unemployment

Cons

The CEO and management has no respect for their word. No respect for local culture and history. False promises. Some managers are accused of racism and discrimination based on personal relations and religion. They participated in a survey of great place to work then held a meeting to reprove those who gave negative feedback. Later on, most of these people were either laid off or left. Layoffs are made based on preferism. Unqualified amateur CEO who gave unrealistic promises about company growth that led to the company’s greatest loss. The CEO surrounds himself with amateur managers as well. Low salaries. No benefits. No training. No raises. HR behaves like a protector against employees. Promotions and salary raises are related to friendship and personal relationships not qualifications. Hypocrisy is encouraged. Even if the best time for IT companies, this company was losing money! Salaries are sometimes delayed for a week or two. The company was establishing a new building while they could not pay their salaries. Outdated hardware, some colleagues have 10+ years old laptops and iphone 5! Discrimination between different countries and offices, some get good equipment and benefits, other get old hardware the privileged ones throw away.

Pros

Nothing I can think of

Cons

- Racist company - Religious discrimination is highly normalized - The whole company is from the same neighborhood; managers just hire their neighbor without any interview. - CXOs and Middle Management are just a bunch of toys in the hand of the CEO who's also an unprofessional person and very racist. - I left when an employee committed suicide because of how bad they were treated.

Pros

Sometimes better than unemployment , sometimes its not.

Cons

Low salaries no raises alot of layoff waves, then hiring, then layoffs, then hiring... etc people are made to choose between lowering their salaries 25% or being laid off. the next month they hire more people. no actual software projects one team work their ashes, another got the money one person controls the "near shore" office with their own agenda the management intend to make the company look to lose money so that they avoid taxes and salary raises, will sometimes hire someone for being someone's neighbor without even a job ad. usually due to religion alignment.
