Good for the clients. The scientific results given to the clients are actually of high quality

Terrible for employees. Mobbing, nepotism (a lot of nepotism), no margin of growth, very low salaries in relation to the job position. The HR is infamous and I am surprised that they don't have to deal with legal issues every day. They will use your health issues agaisnt you. The leadership is old and manage the company as if it was the '90s. Their goal is to exploit you. The company proud itself of hiring mostly scientists with a PhD but underpays and exploit them. The micromanaging is extreme. Beside the fact that you have to declare on a internal web-page what you do every minute of the day, every email, sentence spoken, experimental decision, day to day workflow, are edited and approved by unit managers and superiors. It doesn't matter if you have a PhD and years of experience. The employees tourover is very high. every month at least two people leave the company (the company had around 150 employees last year). The only employees that remain are those with a family of other responsabilities that keep them there, and those that are married, date, have an affair with some manager.
