Our founder has built an impressive team of talented and innovative software engineers, security and business professionals who work hard, support each other, and truly care about the needs of the customers.
The bar for performance is high and that expectation goes for everyone from junior staff up through management. It is also clear that leadership has, and encourages, compassion, an environment has been created that encourages fun and camaraderie, continuing on during remote work. There is also an emphasis on connecting across departments. For example, when we onboard a new employee, they are assigned a “buddy” from a different area of the company who helps bring them into the fold. This was really helpful for me personally when I first started. I am also proud to work for a company that prioritizes giving back to the community, kindness in the workplace and diversity.
