Poor corporate culture, very unfriendly work environment. - Engineer AaSys Group Employee Review

Located in a bad area, lots of crime. Cars get broken into often. Turnover is very high, very uncomfortable and hostile work environment. Corporate culture and values are completely missing. The people in general are very impersonal and tend to be mean spirited or distant. Management is awful and corrupt. Company is driven by fear, management will broadcast why they fired someone to all employees against any known business ethics let alone state or federal laws. Employee privacy does not exist.
