Student Assistant - Acounts Manager Aalund Employee Review

It is a very small team with no other young workers, and unfortunately, my experience working there was quite bad. I didn't receive adequate training, and I often found myself sent home due to a lack of work, even though my contract stipulated 11 hours per week. Additionally, I didn't receive any compensation when I was unable to come into work due to covid, despite suggesting the possibility of working from home.
