Pros
Pay and benefits are livable.
Cons
Management is just horrible. Everyone is confused on how a project is being run and everyone has differing information. Technology being used is outdated and very counterintuitive to use. A lot of the staff and management lack professionalism and constantly blame you for their shortcomings. My role as a Field Engineer was specifically incredible difficult due to the lack of structure. I was sent out to job sites without a clue of what the issue was and no point of contact. Not only that, there was multiple times that my work was undermined when I was able to successfully complete the job. Do yourself a favor and do NOT work here as a Field Engineer, you will ultimately regret it and find yourself hating your job and dreading the next day.
