Horrible Company - Lead Configuration Manager Abacus Technology Employee Review

I do not recommend working at this company based on my experience. There was very little communication or transparency from leadership, and key decisions were made without employee input. Training was nearly nonexistent, leaving many to figure things out on their own. Pay was reduced without clear explanation, and job stability was tied too closely to contract wins. Management lacked direction, and the overall culture was unsupportive and frustrating. This is not a place where employees are set up to succeed or feel valued. Poor communication, shady business, bad place to work for, lowering pay, no decision authority, Management is a disaster, Most work is based upon contract awards
