DSP for 1 1/2 Years - Direct Service Provider Ability Plus Employee Review

I worked in a low functioning house with all wheelchairs and our needs were often not met. My girls needed new shower chairs, new bed rails, and new brakes for their wheelchairs for the entire time i was there (over a year.) Our couches were old and smelly and sunken in, while higher functioning houses got new couches, paint, etc. Not sure why this was, I did not work in upper management.
