Like others have mentioned, remote work isn't for everyone and it definitely requires self-control and organisation to manage your time properly and find your own work-life balance, but the management definitely support that as much as they can.

Everyone is given a good amount of autonomy over their clients, no gossiping or drama - and everyone can work from wherever they wants. We are highly progressive in adopting new technologies and innovative working methods. If there is an opportunity to make something more efficient or streamlined, we will take it. The agency is also extremely ambitious and growing bigger and bigger every month, which is great for keeping everyone motivated and engaged.
