The social politics and pressures are very real. Much of the team is fantastic, driven, and hardworking, but there is a persistent group (unfortunately with a lot of influence) who make it difficult to get things done if you aren't buying into their exact ethos. Senior leadership is great, but middle management leaves quite a bit to be desired.
