      Nice people, good pay and bonuses

      Cons

      They don't care much for the facilities they don't own. If you happen to work at a property that's for sale they don't give you as much assistance as needed. You will be put on the back burner.

      This is a great company to work with and make a career out of. There is lots of room for growth. They always seek to identify the next set of leaders as people grow into new roles.
