3yCustomer Service is our bread and butter, it is what has kept us growing for the past 86 years. The customer is right 99.9% of the time. We empower all of our staff to make decisions based on our motto “The answer is always YES to any reasonable request” Therefore we expect extra effort from our customer service team and encourage them to go the extra mile. Of course mistakes will be made but we take those experiences and use them as teaching moments.
