Pros
This is a virtual company, and working from home is a dream come true for me. There's time to run errands, take breaks while still getting quality work done and not having to deal with rush hour or dressing up. Coworkers use Skype IM/calls to communicate mostly. Some days, I don't really got bothered at all. However, I know I'll always get help if needed. Coworkers go out of their way to provide training, explanations, and screenshots. Meetings aren't burdensome, and they end on time. Salary is nice, and I don't feel like I'm being undervalued. Management is open to new ideas and gives ample time to get work done.
Cons
I honestly can't think of many. Other than maybe a sense of getting lonely sometimes while working at home, but this is outweighed by the benefits.
