Pros
you get really good pay while you are a newbie because unbooked classes are paid (they dont have a general rule about this.) It depends on your manager if you get paid for all unbooked classes or only half of your unbooked classes. Its a good company for starters those who are building their profile.
Cons
you wont be compensated well as you stay longer because the promotion is too slow and if get promotion they only add ranging Php 2 to Php 10 depending on your performance. The next time you get salary increase is after working 6 months more or less. I think its not worth it.
