Pros
Supervisors are sometimes kind, depends.
Cons
I received my salary with over 3-month delay because of their incompetence. I was payed bank to bank and had to pay the transfer fees myself, losing $35 for one salary issuance. This is nothing but fraud, and the refused to pay me my earnestly earned money. The whole system is buggy and you have to make screenshots every day to prove it and possibly escape salary deductions. Tutors are always to blame. If you are late for 1 second you receive a warning, even if it was because of the system being down. You never know if you'll have a class on the next minute. No guarantee for classes on your opened slots. You have to leave class remarks right after every class, otherwise you are not payed. Sometimes you find out that you have another class right after the current one is finished and then you have 5 minutes to leave class remarks and prepare for the next one keeping in mind that you can't be late for 1 second. No human way to have a quality class. I was relying on their salary and when I received nothing for months they even answered my complaints very late. This list of problems is not exhaustive.
