Business outlook
Pros
Students are great, but that has nothing to do with the company. I wonder whether they know that teachers are not paid for their services.
Cons
Teachers are expected to join their virtual classrooms five minutes early, which may sound reasonable, but it often proves impossible due to consecutive classes. Failing to meet both requirements always results in penalties, exceeding 100-200% of hourly salary. What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency and legal contracts. This leaves teachers with no clear rights or protection. Some have likened this to trafficking, and it's alarming that teachers often go unpaid. These issues need to be addressed urgently. The company continues to advertise and explore new tutors.
