1) exposure to people in gaming industry 2) get a chance to receive credits in games 3) good people and supportive coworkers 4) kind and understanding lead 5) good health care and insurance 6) random holiday 7) English language class 8) compensation for electricity for bringing work computer home 9) fully remote. when there is office day the company pay for train/flight ticket and hotel for the employee who live far away
Cons
1) overtime for Indonesian employee is not paid, we only get food voucher and a holiday if the overtime is 8 hours 2) no oncall compensation for Indonesian employee 3) professional growth are not according to industry standard 4) not following Indonesia cuti bersama 5) some of the foreign employee are not treating the Indonesian employee with respect 6) some of the nice coworkers are leaving the company because of stress, burnout, low compensation, and work environment 7) not much competsation, too much gimmick events with games and package. 8) new HR is not as great as before 9) favoritism, sometime not based on skills, but based on how close or nice you are with the upper management
