Cons
As many others have said recently, the company seems to have taken a turn for the worse. There appears to be a systematic goal of pushing all managers and talent that was in the company prior to the ownership split out the door. The new President and COO is rarely engaged, treats most of us as if we’re peons under his feet, and brags about his new house in new york to anyone who will fake listening to him. The exodus of talent continues to accelerate, while more outside executive “talent” is added to the company, making it increasingly top heavy. No steps have been taken to stop engineers from leaving. The rumor mill in Fairfax says that the Charleston office which is always held up as profitable and doing great, is losing its work and many people are leaving as it collapses, after its top leadership quit… another causality of the President and COO. We have numbers put in front of us at all hands meetings that look bad, but then we’re told everything is fine. Then they lay people off. No one trusts what is said any longer by anyone in management.
