Good work-life balance. Just average compensation in the HFT domain.

Nepotism, Egotism, Overconfidence and a lot of red tape. These are a few characteristics that best describe the management here. All the above characteristics lead to the bankruptcy situation of the firm. Everyone runs their own project in this firm. There is a severe lack of coordination between the teams. Also, the CEO is a big minus for this firm. He's an egotistic and overconfident person. There a lack of communication between the CEO and the managers of different teams. My experience with this company has been much below my expectations. I'm utterly disappointed with the work here. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Recently there was a mass layoff too due to prolonged losses in trading. This company is a classic example of "talent wasted due to massive mismanagement". HR here knows nothing. You will get stagnated in your career at this firm.

The CEO is a very good mentor The work environment is very healthy Constant support and encouragement

I don’t see myself in the capacity to speak for others, but throughout my duration at acceletrade I can not think of any bad thing that occurred to me.
