Flexible hours/shifts. Decent pay, enhanced weekend pay. Staff are working both full and part time hours. Staff are regarded as people, you are not just a number. Work remotely or welcome to work in the Edinburgh office.

I have not had any bad experiences working for Accent. As with all MR companies there can be short dry spells.

Peers were all nice, working hard but also very sociable and supportive

Hours not always available, shifts may get cancelled at short notice ect
