Pros
-Amazing people throughout the entire facility with differing views and perspectives leads to a lot of phenomenal ideas and changes to process. -Management is very personable for the most part and are very understanding of personal situations. -Smaller teams leads to a family feeling environment, where you can form a real bond inside and outside the office. -ACDI takes time to plan events outside the office to continue to grow engagement (Hiking, Floating, Basketball Teams, etc.) -Amazing common areas like a kitchen, café, large sectionals for naps, a large outdoor balcony for lounging, and more. -Willing to create positions for people working outside of their expectations. Fantastic upward movement potential
Cons
-Favoritism between departments is very apparent, if you aren't a part of the group you know it. -Higher ups are distant and do not communicate. -No Cross training is available, which leads to people not knowing what each department actually does. -Not a lot of recognition for professional accomplishments -Pay & Benefits are not very competitive with todays salaries for entry level positions. Target, Walmart, Hobby Lobby are all close or over some salaries.
