      Pros

      Work from home and do not have to drivr.

      Cons

      Top Heavy, Constant layoff, lie and pushes good employees out the door. Constantly restructuring and not listening to employees. They ask employees to work on days off but yet they constantly tell everyone to unplug.

      Fully remote so can technically work from anywhere, like the patient acuity

      Cons

      Stagnant pay, benefit erosion, too many weekends and holidays and swing shifts required
