      None, but I have to include 5 words here

      Cons

      Company is absolutely failing and falling apart. Layoffs are constant and they are probably one more failed M&A transaction from being completely insolvent. I would be genuinely shocked if this company still existed in 3 years. Do your research and you’ll see how they’re headed for bankruptcy

      Company is mostly remote so that must be a fit for what you are seeking

      Fully remote so can technically work from anywhere, like the patient acuity

      Cons

      Stagnant pay, benefit erosion, too many weekends and holidays and swing shifts required
