Fairly silo'd almost to the point of hostile - Anonymous employee AccessData Employee Review

Highly silo'd. While some try, it is rare that most business units seek out collaboration. Some bordering on hostile or belligerent. Business units tend to "clique". Below average benefits compared to other similar companies and industries. Little if any opportunity for advancement. Merit increases are meager at best and until very recently non-existent even for star performers. Heavily revenue driven. Generally does not invest in new capabilities (one or two notable exceptions). Not sure if they have a permanent CEO yet.
