Cons
Many many cons. They tell you do good all the time but they do not practice what they preach. CEO will lure new hires into the world of we're humans but you will know very soon, this is the lie that brought you in accolade. They have tendency to exploit employees. They push individuals to work tirelessly, only to dismiss them without any prior performance assessments or understanding of their struggles. The management is notorious for introducing frequent unpredictable changes without any proper planning nor understanding of their goals. The management is built on leading the stress, micromanaging and control. If you excel and gain the support of your colleagues, you will become a perceived threat, subject to control by your manager. Expressing feedback or opinions is widely encouraged so they have it against you. A lot of voices are silenced. The dismisses individuals like numbers only to rehire later so they can promote it. Favoritism is very extreme, they will get you burnt out to tiredness then will accuse you of failure. 1 week they may tell you to trust them and the process, 1 week later they will layoff people, that's their best talent. They may claim diversity but in reality most of their decisions are maybe biased. HR will smile in your face but they're first to report you. They ask employee to leave positive feedback on glassdoor to increase their rating. Do yourself a favor and either work in silence and selfishness or find another place to put your effort. Seriously do not work in Accolade, it is the biggest lie.
